Your Teeth Are What You Eat

A balanced diet is very important in maintaining the overall health and your teeth too. Sticky and sugary foods lodge themselves in the grooves of your teeth and are difficult to clean up. They are not rich in fiber and hence are not digested easily.

You need to include calcium rich foods such as milk and eggs in your diet to ensure your teeth get all the nutrients required. Very soft and mashed food is fine for little babies, but you should stay away from it as much as possible.

Do share some teeth-friendly recipes with us, if you know any!

    Whitestone NY Dentist says:

I think age is a big factor in getting darker teeth. As a person ages they lose the tooth mineral structure and the enamel becomes less porous! besides these smoking, coffee, and bacterial pigments also stain the teeth. That’s why if you didn’t take care your self, no dentist can care your teeth.

Yes I agree, the older you become the darker your teeth get. The majority of my customers are 35 and above.
