Protect Your Teeth with These Foods

other_fresh_fruits_newPreviously I have told you about how a balanced diet is useful for our teeth health. Today I am giving you a handy list of all such protective foods that actually safeguard our teeth from decay. Here it is: Fresh fruits, vegetables, low sugar cereals with milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, sugar-free juice, peanut butter, whole grain breads and pasta and popcorn. Keep in mind to avoid those foods that you are intolerant to such as nuts. Also, some of these food items like popcorn are not suitable for infants up to 2 years old as they cannot chew them properly.

    Hi,

Read this article, and after getting advice from my family doctor about “Yogurt”,I preferred it.

“Yogurt is easier to digest than milk. Many people who cannot tolerate milk, either because of a protein allergy or lactose intolerance, can enjoy yogurt.”

    Thank You

I think to find out the causes of gum disease is more important than their treatment. In today world people are expending more on money on treatment instead off finding there causes.

Some good information here that I would love to add to. Great foods for keeping your teeth white are foods like broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Also, strawberries have whitening agents in them! So eating strawberries can actually help whiten your teeth.

Thank you for this insightful article. I have had that Root Canal Therapy before which gave me such a big problem because some foods I’ve eaten does irritate my gums and slows down recovery time. Also I now know that water therapy can be good and bad as well especially carbonated water/ sparkling water.

I agree that fruits can help protect teeth, besides people should eat more apples and strawberries, because they help in teeth whitening

    Teeth Brightening says:

I totally agree. There is no better solution to white teeth than simply taking care of them.

Since we are surrounded by so many “chemically” filled drinks and foods our teeth get “attacked” even more.

So not only is it healthier for you to eat these things (for your body), it’s also extremely healthy for your teeth seeing as they don’t take as much abuse.

Great post, thanks for opening the eyes of many :)
