Don’t Let Your Teeth Suffer Due To Your Diet

You have heard about anorexia, in which a person (usually girls!) does excessive dieting in order to achieve that size zero. Did you know that it can affect your teeth too?
When you are dieting like crazy, you do not provide your body all the required nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids. This leads to a deficiency in the body and your teeth become weaker in the process.
So all you diet freaks, watch out! There may come a time when you will lose your teeth along with some weight. Wake up before it is late and start eating healthy.

Firstly people have to find an effective diet plan, which does not cause any side effects! Secondly, people have to eat an apple every single day, because apple can help get white teeth!

I couldn`t agree more. I am really into counting calories and watching what I eat so this was a great read.
